William B. Weekley

Mr. Weekley has over 50 years of experience in the investment banking and oil and gas industries. William started his career in New York City where he built a boutique investment banking firm specializing in sell side advisory and capital structuring. William sold his company to Richard P. Urfer, and it was renamed Urfer & Co.

William is the Grandson of Bert F. Weekley, one of the original founders of the Permian Basin in the early 1900’s. As such, he has been in and out of the energy business all his life. William has been involved in the E&P side of the business in North and South America and has had business partners from China, Europe, and Australia. In addition to the E&P side of the business, William has owned or provided advisory services to the Oil Service Industry both onshore and offshore, including trucking, saltwater disposal and processing, reclamation, the workover and drilling sectors, and construction for public and private companies.

Mr. Weekley is a serial entrepreneur and is currently participating in various alternative energy projects primarily in hydrogen and in the modifications of diesel, gasoline, and jet fuel to allow them to burn emissions free. Other business activities include agribusiness, pipelines, maritime, campgrounds, equipment rental, food and beverage.

Mr. Weekley has served in various capacities on Domestic and International companies’ Boards in positions including Chairman and CEO to Board Member. He is Founder of Sons & Daughters of Beaches, a 501 3c charity, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Business School.

Harry has over 40-years experience in international business affairs including working in & with major multinational corporations including Colgate Palmolive, Baxter Healthcare, Proctor & Gamble, Tambrands, W.F. Young, BiolitecGroup, CeramOptec, UMS, USS, ELvationand Brilliance Auto Group/ Brilliance Special Vehicles, (BSV).

He owns or has owned companies in the Hospitality/
Recreation industries, Medical Device Consulting and Real Estate.

He also brings over 10 years business development
experience in China. Harry is a Ph.D. Chemist, holds
dual US and UK citizenships and resides in Connecticut,
USA.

Göran Carlsson, Chief Operating Officer

Göran has 30 years of experience in operational management and manufacturing within the OEM industry in the automotive and truck industry in Europe and in China. His experience in the EU automotive industry includes Volvo, Saab, Audi,
Volvo Truck, Scania and Volvo Construction Equipment.

Göran Carlsson has also developed products and financed his own products in China and the USA and in Europe with his own manufacturing and sales for 20 years.

Göran is a Swedish citizen and resides in Växjö, Sweden.

Gert Carlsson, CEO.

Gert has held business development roles at Brilliance & Brilliance Special Vehicles (BSV) for approximately 10 years in Shenyang and Dalian, China. And also with Sealcoat (vehicle manufacturing) in Shanghai and Dalian, Shenyang.

Gert Carlsson has also developed products and financed his own products in China and the USA and in Europe with his own manufacturing and sales for 20 years.

Gert Carlsson has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry in plastic manufacturing with Volvo, Saab, Audi, Volvo Truck, Scania and Volvo Construction Equipment. He also has 20 years of operational experience in China.
Gert is a Swedish citizen and resides in Växjö, Sweden.
